California Day and Nail Spa - Review
Service: Spa Pedicure
Duration: 80 minutes / 35 minutes pedicure and 45 minutes foot spa
Costs: Php 390.00 plus an additional Php 20.00 for a special nail polish (Orly) for a total of Php 410.00
I don't usually go to expensive salons to have a pedicure. I know a trusted lady who pedicures my toenails at a minimal cost; but since it was my birthday and wants to pamper myself I decided to have a pedicure in one of the most popular nail salon in our country.
I wanted to have a pedicure and foot spa to relax my tired feet so I tried the spa pedicure.
Since it is one of the most popular nail spas in our country, you can't help it if you get to sit with celebrities and models. That day I had a pedicure I was sitting with Donita Rose, a popular Singapore-based Vee-jay turned TV host in a morning news show. And when she left, another model occupied the seat Donita vacated. It seems that they frequent the salon as they call them by their names.

Increasing Your Traffic Through Web Directories
This blog is enrolled in some web directory that somehow increase the traffic of my blog. There is the Philippine Web Directory exclusively for Filipino oriented website.
I also tried Link referral, and Stumpedia which I can attribute as a cause to a surge in my traffic last month.
The very popular Yahoo Directories was the very first directory before the search engines become popular. Yahoo directories still remains as one the biggest and best organized web directories.
When I was preparing for my wedding, Weddings at Work provided a web directory of all wedding suppliers and it served as a very helpful guide to soon-to-be-bride.
Directories are not search engines. Directories rely on websites being submitted to them; then a team of actual people looks at the site to categorize it and check its quality and relevancy before adding it to the directory in the appropriate categories and sub-categories.
Some popular directories are Yahoo and DMOZ or the Wikipedia can also pass as a web directory.

Autism and Special Education
In the seminar, the mother of the autistic child was crying because her autistic child was a first born and she has many hopes for her child. She provides the child with all that he needs. The child is lucky, some autistic child came from poor family and having an autistic child can sometimes put you in
debt.
I've read this article on autism which explains the Miller Method of handling children with autism. This is the first time I've heard this method and it was not mentioned or included in the seminar that I attended. I also never had a chance to read them in my Abnormal Psychology books.
This is an informative article for those who are currently caring for an autistic child. It explains the Miller Method and it talks about two kinds of autistic children—those with closed system disorders and those with system-forming disorders, each having a different system needs.
Reading the article at first was tedious, it has a very small font and it was lengthy. I was looking for some sort of an introduction to the topic but the writer heads on to the topic right away. I was kind of lost but get the hang of it in the middle part.

New Blackberry Presenter
http://www.engadget.com/2010/
BlackBerry users tend to fancy themselves true road warriors -- you
know, the kinds of road warriors that live and die most days by a
four-shot latte and a copy of Office. It's exactly for these types of
folks that RIM seems to have designed the new BlackBerry Presenter, a
slick little module measuring 86 x 60 x 23mm that connects to your
compatible handset wirelessly and lets you beam up a PowerPoint preso
via VGA or S-Video connection. As you mesmerize your crowd with the 24
supported animations and 55 transition styles, you can read your notes
right from the comfort of your BlackBerry's display, controlling the
whole show without a single laptop in sight. The Presenter hits this
month online for $199 and follows up in stores in February, and if
you're interested, you can start things off by upgrading from your Pearl
8200 or Curve 8300 -- those puppies won't be supported.
- Loop Mode: Set the time between slides and leave BlackBerry Presenter running as you deliver your presentation.
- Support for PowerPoint effects: Accurately show most of the slide animations and transitions from Microsoft® PowerPoint® 2003 and 2007.
- Freeze mode: Freeze a slide on-screen while you browse through the rest of your presentation on your smartphone.
- Bluetooth® connection: Roam up to 10m from your Presenter for a truly dynamic presentation.
- Single button operation: Use the button on top of your Presenter to put it to sleep, wake it up, or show a new presentation.
- Compatible with multiple video formats: Travel overseas or at home and present in NTSC (National Television Standards Committee) and PAL (Phase Alternating Line) formats.
